Projects

You will find here projects I worked on before launching my own company. I am grateful for the trust I received from my previous employers and the help of my colleagues, who allowed me to develop my skills and build my own vision.

IMPALA

Equity, Diversity and Inclusion

Launch and development of IMPALA’s Equity, Diversity and Inclusion programme and task force including:

Communication and PR projects

  • IMPALA20 programme (20tracks, 20ThingsToKnow, ICYM newsletters, 20MinutesWith podcast series)
  • launch and coordination of IMPALA’s podcast series 20MinutesWith in collaboration with Juliana Koranteng and Romuald Dagry (43 episodes released)
  • refresh of IMPALA’s website design and user experience (UX)

EU projects

I worked as project administrator (mainly administration and finance work) for:

  • IMPALA Campus, an EU-funded training programme for recorded music professionals and self-releasing artists, including workshops and mentoring sessions. IMPALA Campus included partnerships with 4 conferences and festivals; Westway Lab (Portugal), MENT Ljubljana (Slovenia), Mastering the Music Business (Romania) and Tallinn Music Week (Estonia).
  • IMPACTS, IMPALA’s Climate Training and Standards project, aimed to build new climate literacy capacity for independent music companies in Europe to help them achieve a net zero carbon footprint. 

Commercial programmes

I worked on the development and coordination of IMPALA’s commercial programme “Friends of IMPALA“, the association’s scheme is aimed at companies interested in working with the independent sector. (YouTube, Spotify, AudioSalad, Reprtoir…)

DIVERCITIES & 1D LAB

  • Free Shopping Bus“, creation of a themed route within the Divercities mobile application for a commission from the City of Brussels: Discovering the shopping districts of the city center. In direct collaboration with the City of Brussels, we created 7 creative capsules localized at the stops of the free bus. Each capsule showcased local merchants nearby, as well as offering unique discoveries about the neighborhoods through cultural digital content.
  • Et en plus je chante en Français“, development of a digital resource (creative capsule) in partnership with Institut Français to promote French music and offer teaching materials facilitating the integration of music into French language classes.
  • Weekly music curation through dedicated creative capsules for the restaurant “La Fabuleuse Cantine” in Saint-Etienne.
  • Presenting and promoting Divercities in professional events such as “Festival of the Future City” (Bristol), Workshop at Savonia UAS (Kuopio, Finland), Workshop for hub.brussels (Belgium), interview for ‘Empreinte Digitale’ on RTBF.
  • Creation of one dedicated capsule for Espace Magh, a cultural centre located in the heart of Brussels with the aim of promoting Maghreb and Mediterranean cultures.
  • Curation work and sales prospection for 1Dtouch platform (independent cultural resources)
