Inclusive working environment

Everyone is entitled to receive support. When we collaborate, you can expect a welcoming work environment, intolerant of discriminatory behaviour. I consider all inquiries, whether you only have an idea or a well-established financial plan. I have undergone training on equity, diversity, and inclusion in the music sector for several years, and it is important to me that everyone feels comfortable while we work together. It is also important that you feel that you can reach out and get an answer.

Actively supporting cultural diversity

By assisting project leaders in their initiatives, I want to actively contribute to the cultural diversity that I value. Some projects are occasionally overlooked because they are seen as too unconventional or are not taken “seriously” because there are “too alternative”. I believe these are the ones that enhance the richness of our cultural landscape. It is crucial that these projects (and people behind them) receive fair consideration and equitable funding alongside others. This approach represents my take against the standardisation of culture and creativity. Diversity is what makes our sector vibrant and compelling; let’s embrace it and ensure there is space for everyone’s unique contributions.

I believe that each project will enrich both parties with knowledge; learning is an ongoing process. The success of our collaboration will be a collective effort. Since it’s your project, it’s crucial that it truly represents you. We will work closely together to address your specific needs, but our collaboration will extend beyond that: it’s not just about completing a project, it’s about sharing knowledge, progressing together, and strengthening your team.
